How does this all work?
- Shipping & Delivery
- We generally courier our orders out to you. In Christchurch we will deliver to you absolutely free!! Outside of Christchurch 5kg or less costs $9.00. We prefer to use a courier for speed and tracking/safety, but we can send via post if you like, just make sure you select the option that says "I'll Arrange this with you later". We'll make those arrangements via phone/email and get everything sorted before we charge your card.
- Privacy & Security
- We promise we will not use any information about you to do anything at all, unless you have given us permission to do so. We're pretty strong on this. The Internet can be a pretty sneaky and cut-throat place, but we're not interested in abusing the trust our customers place in us!
We delete ALL credit card numbers after the order has been processed. We don't store them for any longer than is absolutely necessary. - Returns & Replacements
- Of course we try very hard to make sure you get top service, but however hard we try, there will always be a few problems here and there. If something is not right please get in touch with us. We'll do our best to sort out any issues you may have.
- Payment
- At the moment we accept payment via Visa and Mastercard. If you want to pay us another way, that's OK. Just get in touch with us before you place your order and we'll sort something out.
- Viewing Orders
- If you have set yourself up as a customer with an account then you can log in to view your orders and the status of them. We will be in touch via the email address you have specified if we need to pass on any information, or we need to ask you any questions. If you have placed an order as a guest then you won't be able to view your order online, but we are happy to email out any details you need.
- Updating Account Information
- Make sure your phone number and email address are correct each time you place an order. We would hate for you to have to wait for your food because we can't get hold of you to ask a question!.
